Counseling sessions are available for adults, children* (ages 3+), families and couples experiencing grief following a death, anticipated death, pregnancy loss, or infertility.
Grief impacts all facets of life; the physical, emotional, social, behavioral, cognitive and belief systems of a person. Through our counseling services, we aim to provide a safe place to explore and process life challenges related to an anticipated loss or a loss that has occurred which may include general sadness, depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties.
* Telehealth services are available upon request for ages 13 and up.
* Children 5 years and younger will only be served through family sessions that include a legal guardian. We do not provide individual sessions with children under 5.

Private consultation is $60 a session, three session maximum.
Consultation is not considered a therapeutic service; rather, it is an opportunity to engage in a formal discussion with an expert who may provide guidance on a particular topic. Consultation differs from counseling in that Consultation is limited to no more than three sessions and is focused on an exchange of information, whereas counseling is a deeper and longer process that focuses on working with a therapist to gain insight and build skills to cope with various types of distress.
Although the topics addressed during a consultation may and often will include children, we recommend that only adults attend a consultation appointment as services are focused on providing information and guidance rather than working together to improve a specific behavior.
